There is a free Coaching Guide I have created for you that you will work from each week throughout the 10 week session. There I will ask you questions to help you learn from your own life experiences and offer wisdom as to how to apply your new found knowledge of yourself and how you may need to change to be a better leader. I also pull in teaching from the other sources I have accessed over the years as I have sought to be a better leader myself.
I highly recommend you go through this course with at least one other ally/friend. You will discover as you do the assignments it would be very beneficial to discuss the results with at least one fellow traveler on the road to a successful life well lived.

The purpose for this relationship is not to get you to sign a pledge committing yourself to make certain changes and then hold your feet to the fire to make sure you follow through. If you can form a small group of fellow allies that is even better because when one of you is weak the others are there to encourage you to go on and may offer different ideas as to what may be helpful for you. They may live in your area or across the globe with the internet access we have these days.
With these special people you are on a journey together, not necessarily building an organization. They are there to see and call out the best in you. They keep their identity and core values clear. They are people you can learn from just by watching them process life by your side in a healthy manner.
They open themselves up to you and model vulnerability. These people help you act from your best self even in the tough times. They encourage you and are tender towards weakness.
